Simbrief dispatch not loading when I try to create a new flight, log out and log back in and still not letting interact with any of the options

Hello Ian, thank you for answering, the problem is that I don’t know why but it’s not letting me interact with anything, here it is a screenshot of how it is showing me right now, I uninstall and installed again but still not working

Make sure you have iniBuilds A350 v 1.0.2 installed.

still not working, I tried with the a320neo and still not letting me interact, the only way I can make a flight plan it is from the simbrief web but not directly in the sim.

I am having the exact same issue. When trying to login from the World Map, I get the authorization request (website w/code or QR code) The links take me to the Navigraph site where I authorize the login, but nothing happens in the SIM. My screen is the same as the original poster’s screen. Navigraph HUB show SimDispatch v1.2.7 installed. Existing the SIM, rebooting, etc has no effect.

  • Op System: Win 11
  • FS Version: MSFS 2020
  • Add-on: NONE Using the stock TBM930
  • AIRAC Update No: 2502
  • Problem Details: Exactly the same as the original poster. I able to log into my Navigraph account from other devices, just not in the SIM.

Hello. Similar problem here. It lets me do one flight but then logs me out and I am not able to log back in. Or sometimes the options go dark without loging me out and I am not even able to log out.

logged back in today, and i’m still with the same problem, don’t know what to do.

Same here after fooling around with it for two days. I uninstalled Simbrief Dispatch from Navigraph Hub and re-installed it. I also cleared the cache in both the PC browser and my iPhone. Nothing. I can create a flight plan using the web version of SimBrief and export it to MSFS, but that is clunky. Everything was working fine up until ~3/10/25. The only thing that has changed is whatever mandatory updates MSFS 2020 pushed through over the last few days.

I’ve been having this exact issue for days in MSFS 2020. I’ve tried everything I can think of to no avail. It also does not work inside of the plane when trying to sync my account. Very frustrating.

Started having the same issue today. I click on “Sign In”, Simbrief says my Navigraph acct is linked, but I have no access to it…I get the same screen as someone posted above. This is in MSFS 2020. Hope you guys are paying attention…

Hello everyone! Sorry to hear about these issues. We’ll try to look into this to see what might be going on. To begin with though, please try these steps:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type the following and press enter:
Store Edition
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\navigraph-simbrief-dispatch-2020

Steam Edition
%appdata%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\navigraph-simbrief-dispatch-2020
  1. An Explorer window should open, showing a directory with several files and a work folder. Delete this folder and restart the simulator
  2. Sign in again.

Let me know what happens after you have completed this. Do you end up with the same result or does it work correctly?
