- Check you have the latest Version:
- Is this for Charts Desktop or Charts Cloud?
- Please advise which SID at which airport
- Please post screenshot of error using Guide to posting Screenshots
- Try disconnecting Antivirus and Firewall
- Try alternate connection to internet such as mobile phone hotspot

Hello, thank you very much for your help, I checked everything mentioned, and it continued the same, until a Windows restart (which I had already done several), now everything is fine, the SID was in LEMD 36L. thank you so much
