Does the RWY “Not Used” mean the RWY can’t be used? I am creating a flight from KPHL to KBOS. The only KPHL RWY that can be used is 27L. KBOS most of the RWYs for landing are “NOT USED”. Does this mean that I am limited in selecting my DEP and ARR RWYs?
Sure I know I can use the “NOT USED” RWYs in FS2020 anyway. Just trying to understand why so many are listed as “NOT USED”.

What you are referring to is the ‘active’, on in this case ‘not used’ runway based on the real world D-ATIS, or if applicable VATSIM/IVAO ATIS. This just means that ATC has selected a preferred runway for takeoff and landing. But if you are flying offline, then you can select what ever runway suits you
