In The Netherlands we have wintertime now. It started 10/29/2023 03.00lct .Or 0100z. reading about OS time .i google, changed my pc to zulu /gmt time and the error is gone . is that the solution because I cannot rememberhaving this issu yn the past.
We recently went from summer to winter time too! That is not an issue, as long as your computer is able to synchronize the clock automatically after the fact.
Setting the time manually should never be the solution, no. Try turning on the automatic setting!
