According to FAA AIM Ch 1 Sec 2, and a 777 rated pilot coworker on the PMDG Tech Team, the PBN should change from 1 to 0.30 no later than the FAF for RNP approaches. Not RNAV but RNAV(RNP). A bug report response from PMDG was that the Navigraph navdata does not change to 0.30.

We are using ARINC424 v18 as our source format. Therefore, it could be possible that this was not implemented in this version.
But I can check when I have an example!

If you look at the X-Plane data, you can clearly see the 0.3RNP is encoded on the final leg to the runway.
So it’s in the data.
The solution to your problem is clear: Use X-Plane

A response to my adding the specific approach is appreciated. Also, KIAH RNP Y 08R has a RNP0.11 mins.
