RAD Excel and missing restrictions

I used to reference the PDF RAD consolidated version which appears discontinued now.

In the new Excel spreadsheets, I cannot seem to find restrictions such as EG5738 or ED4165 (basically, as far as I can tell, all ??4??? and ??5??? numbered restrictions) and I am not sure where to look for them now?

Anyone know?

Oh, with the help of srcooke, I just realized that I simply had not configured MS Excel to search in the entire “workbook” instead of just the current “worksheet”.
