I usually fly PMDG 737 or 777, I have a current subscription to Navigraph, and have never had an issue importing my flight plan. I just bought the Phenom 300 and it has the G3000 nav system. For some reason the only a couple waypoints show up named 000 and 001. It will not recognize manually entered waypoints or procedures for takeoff or landing. I have tried flights to and from multiple airports and the same problem exists. It is like there is no database for the G3000 to draw from. I have tried reinstalling everything. using the g3000 plug-in from the hub makes no difference. i know that I am missing some small button click somewhere.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for contacting us, one additional question:
Do you have any 3rd party scenery installed? When yes, can you try moving all 3rd-party scenery from your community to a backup folder outside your community folder? After that, can you restart your sim and try it again, please?
Well, that worked, thank you very much. Now I wonder if everytime is a change aircraft will i have to do this again? It seems the add on aircraft need to do something to work with existing products. I’m going to add items one at a time to see where the error occurs.
Hi Mike,
The reason in nearly 99.9% is a bad/incompatible SU3+ package. MS/ASOBO has added a new feature in SU3 that ensures packages on the user system are loaded in the correct order, preventing overwriting previous packages/data.
We have written our own FAQ about that:
So, when you use a 3rd-party package that does not follow these development rules (starting with SU3 and following the SDK), you can run into such issues.
Your next step should be to find out which package is the culprit, but this can be very time-consuming because there is no clear sign/rule for how you (as a customer) can easily and fast identify it. I´m sorry.
Thanks for your feedback. Let me know when we can do more for you.
I can’t load a flight plan from SimBrief to my Navigraph into the flight plan. I tried using the pad next to me, and it has trouble with my user ID. I also tried putting it into the Garmin 3000, but it says the flight plan is empty. My Aias on Simbrief is also the same as the Navigraph.
So this is what I did to mostly resolve this. Go to your community folder select everything, cut it and post it to another folder named whatever. You might want to create the folder first. Start a new flight. I only select the departing airport on the map page. Once in the aircraft fire up the electronics and connect the aux power from the tablet. When everything is up and running Go to the tablet and download the flightplan from Sim brief. You may have to click that several times. Go to the FMS and check the flight plan. You will still need to input the procedures for departing and arrival. This is what worked for me. Good luck.
Mike
