Sorry could just be me being a noob but after I created a plan I’m only getting the PDF option for download, nothing else?

Welcome.
Make sure you press the Generate Flight button to create an OFP, then you have more download options.
Also checkout the SimBrief Downloader option. It makes integration with aircraft and planners automatic.

And also make sure you selected “Detailed
Navlog” before you generate your flight (it should be on by default, but you may have accidentally deselected the checkbox)

Same issues, I have checked Detailed Navlog. Also there is an message in red that says "NO FMS FILES ARE AVAILABLE-PLEASE CHECK THAT THE “DETAILED NAVLOG” OPTION IS SELECTED AND THAT THE “ROUTE” OPTION IS NOT EMPTY
So this is weird, since the update to Navigraph, my downloader information is all gone. Not getting all the other options such as PMDG or Xplanes.
