Paaypal Payment

I trust this message finds you well. My name is Santiago Cuervo, and I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered with my Navigraph subscription.
On January 4, 2024, at 22:46 local time in Colombia, I made a payment via PayPal to renew my monthly subscription. I received confirmation from PayPal that the transaction was successful, and the corresponding amount was debited from my account. However, despite the successful payment, I have not seen the renewal reflected in my Navigraph account. I understand that technical glitches can happen, and I am confident that your team will be able to address this issue efficiently. Could you kindly investigate the matter and provide me with an update.
