On January 4, 2024, at 22:46 local time in Colombia, I made a payment via PayPal to renew my monthly subscription. I received confirmation from PayPal that the transaction was successful, and the corresponding amount was debited from my account. However, despite the successful payment, I have not seen the renewal reflected in my Navigraph account.
