Many companies have minimum dispatch fuel requirements – as in, if your current leg is a short flight and only requires 8000 lbs of fuel, your SOPs require you to not push back with less than 10,000 lbs – as an extra safety margin to avoid fuel emergencies.
I’d love to be able to set this much like you can select a default OFP format and set reserve/contingency fuel amounts, etc.
