Opening plan in Charts

I created a flight plan from EHAM to EDDM yesterday. After I generated it the option to open it in Charts was missing and when I opened Charts the plan was not in the list. I had to create the plan in Charts and then modify it to match the one in Simbrief.

Can you ensure that your account is correct on both Simbrief and Navigraph-they should match. Another way is: Flights tab, import from SimBrief.
