Opening page not starting on dispatch page window comes up saying Error: could not load Flight options

Hi Roy,

Make sure you are trying to load SimBrief - Dispatch and not beta.

Try clearing browser cache. If still no joy try loading with a different default browser say Chrome.

Hi, I think you probably have a bookmark saved to open SimBrief?

Your bookmark leads to the “Edit Flight” page for a very old flight that no longer exists. If you want your bookmark to open a New Flight page, I recommend changing the URL to: https://dispatch.simbrief.com/options/new

Hi Thank you for your prompt reply I have tried to adjust my URL to options/new but I don’t know how to save it it keeps going back to options/32830605

Hi Roy,

You should be able to edit a bookmark/favorite/shortcut and Save. Which browser or is it a Desktop shortcut ?
