No SIDs, STARs or ILSs @ NTAA on Bravo Airspace 787

Hello,

The Bravo Airspace 787-9 has just been updated for FS2024. In flying to NTAA i noticed there were no SIDs, STARs or ILSs available for the airport. Navigraph Hub used to update, confirmed correct date in FMC.

Can you please advise on a fix?

Thanks,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
I can´t reproduce your report.

MSFS 2024 1.5.27.0, using stock scenery, AIRAC 2512 installed - from the EFB in the WorldMap:
SID examples:

STAR examples:

… and IAP examples:

I don´t know this Bravo Airspace 787-9, so please use any stock aircraft. Also, I assume you are also using the stock NTAA scenery, correct? So no 3rd party scenery?

Have you checked this FAQ:
FAQ - MSFS2024 (SU3 and above) - airport, procedure, waypoint, 3rd party & flightplan import issues

It is doubtful that this is a navdata issue - it seems more like an other issue on your system.

Cheers
Richard

Thanks for the response. I suspect it’s the aircraft’s issue, as it’s a mod to the original MSFS2020 working title 787.

I’m not using the stock NTAA, but I landed there with a PMDG 777 and the ILS and procedures were there.

Hi,
Thanks, but I would verify your assumption to use a stock aircraft instead of a mod.

PMDG is working because they don’t use internal data; instead, they utilize their own independent database, which is not a reliable reference.

I would try to select the procedures in the EFB, as shown in the screenshot. When you can select it, and you see it, you know it is a third-party aircraft issue; when not, it is nearly 100% a scenery issue.

Can you select procedures via the EFB on the WorldMap?

Richard

Oh… you are correct - I can’t get them via the EFB on the WorldMap. How do I fix that?

Please try removing your third-party scenery and test it again via EFB. It is a scenery package issue, whether with the NTAA scenery or any other scenery you have installed.

It is not an issue with your 3rd party aircraft. Follow the steps from the FAQ link above.

Cheers
Richard

That got it, thank you. So it was the scenery - I wouldn’t have guessed that.

Thank you for urging me to check my scenery, I was ready to write the plane off as the source.
