No Payment Method Works

Been trying to purchase a chart subscription for two days. I have tried several credit card all of which have no blocks/holds on them. When I use paypal I get the following error:

The payment was rejected by PayPal. Error message: Instruct the customer to retry the transaction using an alternative payment method from the customers PayPal wallet. The transaction did not complete with the customers selected payment method.

When I choose credit card I receive this error:
Error in parameters sent to Nets.

What else can I do?

You need to contact your bank. Even though you say there are no block there is obviously something blocking since both Nets and PayPal fails. It could be blocked for subscription payments perhaps.

I’ve been dealing with the same thing with three separate banks, I’ve contacted two of the banks and they said they can’t see an issue on their side. I’ve never had this problem before and for some reason now I am having it. And I know it’s not my payment method because I’ve tried three payment methods/banks.

Did you try PayPal too?

Do you have other international subscription services running?

I have not tried PayPal yet, Ill have to create a pay pal, I will get back to you if it works or not. I appreciate you trying to help. Navigraph is an amazing application.

PayPal has seemed to work!!! I don’t know why netaxept gave me so many issues but PayPal worked and I even used to card I tried to use in netaxept. The only international subscription I’ve had is with Navigraph. But thanks for your help.
