I’m using latest AIRAC but I don’t have any SID neither approaches to VQPR. I do have STARs.

according the real world - this is an AR (authorization required) approach. It seems that this aircraft isn’t certified to fly such approaches and therefore the system suppress these approaches.
When you look on the WorldMap, you will see that all approaches are available and included:
… also when you select as an example the stock A320:
That´s not a navdata issue, this is a limitation of your used aircraft/system.
