Under EASA rules, when a flight is operated with no destination alternate, according to EASA Rules for Air Operations CAT.OP.MPA.181(c)(4)(ii) fuel for 15mins at 1500ft above the destination aerodrome must be carried.
I would appreciate if this was considered in fuel calculations autmatically, or if it was available as a calculation option in the fuel planning tab
