Hi came to use Beyond ATC this evening loaded into MSFS2020 loaded up beyond ATC and the sim crashed imediately , which was odd as i had only been flying yesterday and everything was fine , i loaded into another airport with a different flight plan the same happen i contacted beyond ATC Support they told me to remove the current airac cycle which i had just update to the newest , when i did this beyond ATC works fine is there something in the current Airac cycle causing this

Welcome to Navigraph. May I ask you to give us 1-2 example airports, where you see these CTDs? I don´t have BATC, but when this is really a data issue, it must happen without it, too, because BATC uses the BGLs from the sim directly.

This was happening to me as well. The flight I was trying to accomplish was LHBP - EDDF with the new AIRAC installed BATC would crash once traffic injection was turned on. This occurred at LHBP and when spawning at EDDF. What was strange was loading custom scenery airports with a SimBrief route; no issues with traffic injection and the AIRAC with KMFR and KSFO. It seems to be something related to default airports.
Thanks for the example - I don´t have BATC to test, but may I ask a question:
When you try to fly without BATC, independent of where, do you see such CTDs too?
I have flown a bit around EDDF and LHBP with the C172/G1000 in MSFS2020, but I don´t get any CTDs. BATC uses the BGLs inside the sim, so my theory is, when this is really a data issue only, then it should happen with and without BATC, but negative - I don´t get any CTD around these areas.

Hi its doing at soon as i load beyond ATC on the ground I have tried at Amsterdam , Manchester (EGCC) and Leeds Bradford the same happens with the new Airac cycle
When I remove the new Nav Data Airac through the hub it works fine ,the new airac is fine without Beyond Atc running , the guys at beyond Atc said they have reported it to Navigraph

Just to test it without I flew from Eham to Egcc no issues with beyond ATC not running

what made me think it was something to do with the Nav Data update was , that i have had no issues what so ever untill today it worked fine yesterday when i flew into Amsterdam , the tonight when i was spawned in at Amsterdam Launched Beyond ATC ,it crashed , what i did notice i went to an outside view and noticed the crash happened when about 2 AI aircraft were injected
the Guys at Beyond ATC did say they were contacting you

Same issue here. On MSFS 2020, and BATC, sim crashes since the new AIRAC update. I tried EGLL, VIDP, EDDF, VHHH….crashed each time. Was working fine till before the update though. EGLL and EDDF were default airports, VHHH and VIDP were paid addons.
No issues without BATC though.

Sorry guys, but we haven´t received any additional/detailed info from BATC - we are still “on hold” with this at the moment. I´m sorry, but since the data are working without BATC in MSFS2020 without any issues, we must wait until BATC has debugged and analyzed it.

Hi I am using mfs2020 with beyond atc I updated to the latest Airac and now the sim keeps crashing to descktop never had a problem with this before any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is happening to me as well, but its with FSHud.

Yes it is MSFS that is crashing - in my case MSFS2020 - but weirdly folks above talk about CTDs as soon as BATC is loaded in but in my case I had a mid-air CTD the first flight after the new AIRAC update, whereas previously my install was rock-solid stable, so now I am wondering if my CTD is related to this issue or not…In my case I was flying over Scotland in the UK.
Also having the same crash when injecting BATC traffic since updating to the latest AIRAC cycle; seems to be some kind of conflict between 2603 and BATC which is strange. Hoping there’s a fix shortly. Seems to be happening at all airports I’ve tried lying from.
I’ve did some digging and found out that AIRAC changes sometimes cause traffic “injectors” or ATC programs to crash from reading the data. Seeing that its not just limited to FSHud for me but they are the same type of program. I realize its more or likely this. Also, this exact issue started around the 18th/19th for me at least.
Do you get mid-flight CTDs or are your CTDs happening right at the start of a flight?
Right at the start of the flight. I load up the sim and everything is fine. No crashes, I tested this by sitting at the gate for 20+ minutes with no AIG/AI Traffic (which FSHud spawns for me). As soon as I opened FSHud, its a brief pause then it crashes.
