I have had navigraph for over a year and today I tired to use it and I had to resubscribe for $9 and when I did that it wouldn’t let me get back in my account

Thank you for your email. You are correct regarding the first card, we have removed that card from the account. I tried two other times with cards that have plenty of room on them and that is where I got the insufficient funds and/or international message.
