Navigraph "Operational Failed"

Dears,

I can’t install any navigraph complements in my MSFS2024. I have tried all solutions from the support, but nothing works. I still see the same “Operation Failed”. I have the MSFS 2024 installed in a different folder, and it is installed through Xbox app. Should I move to steam?

Can you try the advice provided in this other thread, please, copying and pasting the correct folder location into the userCFG.opt configuration file.

Ok I would really recommend you uninstall the version of MSFS2024 so you use only one version. Add-on and package management are handled in different ways.

When you are done that, uninstall Navigraph Hub also, download and install the newest version of Hub from here https://navigraph.com/downloads

I have only the 2024 version. I have unistalled and installed again, changed the folders and still nothing. I reistalled the Navigraph and still got the same message. :frowning:

yes. I have uninstalled the xbox app version and moved to steam.

There is any way to manually install without hub? I need the subscription, but i can’t do this if doesn’t work.

When you get the Operation Failed message, which package are you trying to install? Are you perchance clicking on a Subscribe button? Is this on a particular package? You don’t appear to have a subscription. I am just trying to find out where the error is being triggered.


Does this occur when you try to install the Navigraph Academy Lessons v1.0.1 ?

Please upload the main.log usingimage after trying these.

I don’t subscribe yet because I coudn’t make it works.

Just to confirm. If I subscribe I will be able to download directly from the hub or I am facing another issue?
Because, I don’t know if it has any relation with my PC or subscription.
