With your current MSFS 2020 simulator configuration, the Navigraph Hub expects to find the Community and Official folders—where your add-on packages are installed—located in D:\MSFS2020\Community\.
If you want to modify the MSFS 2020 configuration, please manually change the file UserCfg.opt, which can be found at %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache.
In the UserCfg.opt file, you will need to update the path for the InstalledPackagesPath tag value.
After making changes to the UserCfg.opt file, please restart the Navigraph Hub application and try installing or updating the add-ons again.
