had this issue when auto updating the program via the navigraph hub to version 1.2.21, reinstall dropbox linnk fixed it for me aswell

Since 1.2.22 I have this problem and I cannot install anymore. Everytime I press install this window appears after ~3 sec

When I go into the folder C:\Users\XXXXXXXX\AppData\Local\Programs\navigraph-hub\downloads
I can see the file b34dcdab-a757-4db8-bc9d-0cfe888db906_pmdg-aircraft-737-2509.7z appearing for 1-2 sec with a size of 0. Then it gets deleted again as mentioned in the log aswell.
The root problem is that the 7za extracter tries to extract a 0kb file, which ofc cannot work.
How can I tell Navigraph Hub to Download the original file again instead of creating an empty one?
What have I done so far?
I reinstalled navigraph several times.
Checked firewall settings.
I also manually deleted:
C:\Users\XXXXXXX\AppData\Local\navigraph-hub-updater folder
C:\Users\XXXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\navigraph-hub folder
C:\Users\XXXXXXX\AppData\Local\Programs\navigraph-hub folder
to hopefully get a fresh Navigraph Hub installation. But it didnt help. Did I forget something to delete to make it comepletely fresh?

Hello, unfortunately for the Maddog the problem still exists. The efb disappeared completely and the Maddog itself won’t keep the installed airac.
With the latest version of Fly The Maddog X all data is kept within the aircraft, there is no need to update the EFB separately so that entry is removed. We just made a fix so that Hub correctly displays the installed status for the aircraft. No update of Hub needed.

Closing and restarting the hub still “installing” (normally, not with task manager)

Thank you guys for your great work and constant support. I have faced the same issue as well. I did find another thread on the forum where another member of staff did say they have uploaded a corrected version and people reported it working. Unfortunately, I have this problem now and was only able to solve it using the task manager method from earlier in this thread.
