On my end everything is stable, nice departure from KGPI. All charts ok, FPL import ok, no errors anywhere! Thank you for the quick fix, much appreciated!

Newest version / build doesn’t work for me either for the add-on packages (Ifly and PMDG). It keeps installing and when you switch tabs the buttons have the install status again.
The dropbox version works … thank you

After updating to latest version (v.1.2.21), navigraph hub disapeared from desktop.
Yeah i had also the same issue for the add on Packages but i think if you press download on a base package while the add on package ( PMDG, IFly ) is downloading both will appear as downloaded.
Just gave it a go and over here, version (1.2.21) provided via the Dropbox link a few posts back works without issues. I’ve both tried removing and installing the base package as well as the one for the iFly 737 MAX8 and checked no Navigraph process is left behind when exiting out of Navigraph HUB.

Out of curiosity, what was the cause of the issue? Not asking for an RCA, would just be interesting to know what changed causing this behavior since I’ve never seen it before after all years I’ve been using Navigraph.
I also updated to 1.2.21 and still stuck on everything.
I have the same issue. Every time I clicked INSTALL, it turns INSTALLING and It sucks and when i click somewhere else It turns back to INSTALL.
How about this one?

Dropbox build used. Installing AIRAC ends with an Operation Failed error and C:\Users\…..\7z file. Checked installation of AIRAC 2509 in Cessna C310R in MSFS2020 with TDS GTN750. Navigation database AIRAC 2509 expiration 02-OCT-25 is correctly installed.
Error message seems incorrect.
Hi Markus, today I downloaded the Navigraph HUB from the website, but like the others it doesn’t install anything for me. How can this be resolved? Should this build be downloaded from Dropbox? Thank you very much.
