Sorry to hear. It should really have been resolved and we haven’t yet heard other reports with v 8.13.1.

Would you mind also running the browser version in parallel, does that also sign you out in a similar way?

Hi guys,

I am having the same problem.

Also blurred text for the route waypoints at the tip, the charts at the bottom. If I run the mouse pointer over the text it becomes clear for 5 secs and then goes back to being blurry.

Ran 8.13.1 and for the 3 hour flight I did Charts 8 never logged out, so on my MacOS Catalina system it appears this issue is resolved.

Just had a logout again on descent. :frowning:

Which version? Check Settings. If it is not 8.13.1, quit the app, wait 30 seconds, then start the app again.

Ah thank you, I did not notice it hadn’t updated yet! Looks to be on the correct version now so I will report back if any further issues.

Logging me out randomly as well - on a current flight now and its happened twice in the last hour, however I’m running Navigraph Charts v8.13.0 build 3421238561

Further up says you have rolled out 8.13.1 - I’m using the Charts desktop version, it didn’t ask me to update to a new version when I log in. Should I do this directly from the Navigraph website?

Hi,

There is an issue also with the auto-update mechanism of 8.13.0, where it does download the update but not tell you. Just quit the app, wait 30 seconds, then start the app again. You should then have the update.
