I have two computers, one running MSFS and another running P3D. Is it possible to install FMS data on both devices/simulators with the same account/subscription?
And is it possible to use both simulators simultaneously, with charts?

Welcome.
You can install data on each for you own use only.
If you run both at the same time with Charts, you may run into confusion for the Moving Maps. I don’t recommend it.
