Multiple Pushes for G3000 in Hub 25 to 26-FEB?

Hi Folks - just curious to know how many updates got pushed for G3000 plugin in the last 48 hours? I’ve seen two updates now since last night and I just need to confirm to my customers to keep checking the Hub and ensuring they’re on Version X - which would be 2.2.1 (?) as of 1830H ET US on 26-FEB? Thanks!

Hi …,

The current latest version of G3000/G5000 is V 2.2.1:

Cheers
Ian

Ok thanks Ian. I have to report that this update disabled Charts on the MFD. There isn’t even an option to select LIDO/FAA or NG.

I believe these users came over from our Discord to report.

Also, the G5000 (Cessna Longitude) is not showing the charts on the PFD and MFD. I have the latest build installed, V 2.2.1.

Same issue for me since 2.2.1.

Hello,

We are looking into this, apologies for the inconvenience.

Version 2.2.2 has been released and, as far as I know, is supposed to fix the issue?

Regards,

Tim

There is still an issue with 2.2.2, we’re looking deeper into the issue now.

Good to know, thanks!

Tim

Can you try fully signing out and signing back into the G3000:

Utilities → Setup → Navigraph Settings → Account and choose Sign Out

Sign back in with the same workflow.

Let me know if you still see no charts in the MFD

Hello, we released an update for the G3000/G5000 plugin, it is now version 2.2.3 which:

  • Fixed a bug that would cause the “show chart” button and related chart preview functionality not to work for any approach procedures.
  • Improved loading times for the chart list in some aircraft
  • Improved support for GLS & RNAV + RNP approaches. This affects flightplan imports as well as "procedure linking”- automatically finding the right chart for your procedure.
