Charts are not loading on PFD and MFD for g3000 units

Hi, Please note that I uninstalled and then reinstalled all Navigraph plugins in Navigraph Hub. I installed the latest V2.2.1. However, when I go to an aircraft with a g3000, such as the HondaJet, I try to click on charts in the Touch Screen but the charts will not populate on the MFD or PFD. Can you please look into this issue? It seems as though it became broken on V2.2.1. Thank you!

Same issue. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Hi Ian,

Thank you! I appreciate the help and support of you and the rest of the team.

Regards,

This is now working for me with the latest Navigraph update 02-MAR.

Hi, it is fixed for some airports, but I am experiencing the same issue for certain airports. Take KPNE airport as example. I installed the Avionics Plugin G3000/G5000 v2.2.2. You can see below that it will not display the charts. However, I then uninstalled the Avionics Plugin G3000/G5000 v2.2.2 plugin and the charts worked fine after reloading the sim. I attempted the above recreate numerous times to confirm it was not a fluke and I came to the conclusion that the Avionics Plugin G3000/G5000 v2.2.2 plugin is not displaying charts for such airports as KPNE and KJZI. Thank you.

FYI - I tried KPNE and it worked for me.

Thank you for the confirmation and attempting with KPNE. It is strange, I can only get it to work if I remove the “Avionics Plugin G3000/G5000 v2.2.2” Once this plugin is removed, I am able to use the charts functionality as normal

Hello!

We released a patch which fixed the original issue in this topic:

That said, your issue looks peculiar @TailwindCheckout661 !

What aircraft are you using in the last screenshot? If you do not have the G3000/G5000 plugin installed, you should not see any Navigraph chart integration in the aircraft.

The only exception would be if the aircraft itself has built-in integration. We’ll happily investigate if you provide the addon name!

Kind Regards,
Malte
