There is no delete instruction missing, I have recompiled it with delete instruction and it is still duplicated.
But please, tell what you want, so anyway you do not need to discuss with me. I have tried to do what you have written. It does not help.

And I am not only the one. I read this in MS Forum also. It is your addon. My addon is 100% SDK conform.
