PMSG GTN 750, B727 from FSS, E-Jets from FSS that uses MSFS 2024 NavData shows this behavior There are only “Visual” approaches for this airport, every else airport on Colombia works just fine and shows everything, only SKBO have this issue

Not reproducible, sorry.
From the WorldMap EFB - MSFS 2024 1.5.27.0 - stock scenery - AIRAC 2511 rev. 3 installed:
The EFB also utilizes the MSFS 2024 navdata. Therefore, it must be something else on your system, such as a third-party scenery or an incompatible package.
Check our FAQ - this may resolve your issue on your system.
However, as you can see, the data are included and not missing.
