MSFS 2024 VisionJet, G3000, DEP not loading (YPAD)

Hi, reposting here due to no response in the “PLUGIN” section.

Further to the previous posts (and not being able to raise a support ticket) I’m hoping someone can assist.

When attempting to load a DEP the G3000 will not change the SEQ from the RDR DEP (AD4).
This is repeatable across aircraft using the G3000 (Heart Aerospace ES0).
Other airports are not affected (YMML, YSCB, YSSY).

When Navigraph Hub is uninstalled and all plugins removed from Community Folder the issue is resolved.

As YPAD is my home airport I would like to get this to work.

If anyone can advise how to raise this with Navigraph Support it would be greatly appreciated.

Screenshots below of the DEP not changing.

Sorry for the delay, we have limited specialist support people familiar with the G3000 over the holiday break. We certainly want to support the airport of the city of churches :slightly_smiling_face:

Are you saying you can’t select a specific departure?

Have you determined which Hub plugin is causing the issue you have ?

Cheers
Ian

G’day ian, thanks for getting back to me, appreciated. Hope all is well in your part of “VH-”.

I can select any of the DEP but when they load the are only loading the AD4 (radar) DEP.
When you look in the sequence column the sequence doesn’t change to match the sequence directed from the DEP chart (plate).
This only occurs (so far) at YPAD. Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra were the others I checked and are all functioning as advertised.
If I remove Navigraph Hub and the plugins then the default software is working normally.

Appreciate you’re short staffed at the moment so when you guys can let me know how you would like me to troubleshoot.
In the meantime I’ll reinstall the Hub tonight and then reinstall the plugins one at a time if that will help the guys troubleshoot.

Thanks again for the reply.
Please let me know if you consider this a data or a plugin issue and I’ll (or you can) shut doen one of the threads.
Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris,

Ok, I see the issue. It seems one of our plugin apps may be causing the behaviour. I had the behaviour, removed some apps in Hub, then the behaviour disappeared.

However I have added them back and now all is working

So please try isolating the plugin if you can. I know it is tedious with each reboot of MSFS 2024 taking 5-7 minutes.

Cheers
Ian

No, all good Ian. I’ll get onto that tonight and see if I can’t determine something from my end.

Chris

AIRAC Cycle 2413 Rev.1 Beta

Loaded the G3000/G5000 2.0.0-beta.3…No problems, SIMBRIEF icon populated the MFD screen and NAVIGRAPH icon under UTILITIES AVIONICS SETUP.
Loaded the AIRAC cycle and restarted the PC…FAIL (as above screenshots)
REMOVED the AIRAC cycle and restarted the PC…No problems.
Installed the AIRAC cycle and restarted the PC…FAIL (as above screenshots)
REMOVED the AIRAC cycle DID NOT restart the PC…no problems.

Have yet to reinstall any other plugins as I fly mainly VR and I don’t think the VR tablet has been fixed yet from the Asobo side.
I can if required gradually add more plugins for troubleshooting as required.

For your consideration.
Chris

Just keeping this alive until we solve YPAD AIRAC Cycle 2413 Rev.1 Beta error

G’day Ian and Navigraph Support.
Has anyone been able to identify the issue with YPAD AIRAC Cycle 2413 Rev.1 Beta yet?

Chris

Hi Chris,

Now I can’t reproduce the error. I get the correct sequence for each YPAD Departure:

This is for the MSFS 2024 Cirrus Vision Jet G2, with AIRAC Cycle 2413 rev.1 Beta.

I can only recommend in Hub, Remove and Install all packages again.

We do plan on a new AIRAC Cycle 2413 Beta release, which you might try when released.

Cheers
Ian

Cheers Ian,
I’ll cx it again this evening.
I have installed a couple more of the plugins (can’t recall the exact ones, I’ll update when back at the flight sim PC if required) and the error hasn’t been back.

Thanks again
Chris

Thanks Ian,
Whatever the issue was it has now resolved.

Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris,

You are welcome. Glad it is resolved.

Happy flying.

Ian
