MSFS 2024 - In Game Panel not loading

Hi there!

I get stuck when I try to open Navigraph in-game-panel - the loading never ends and nothing happens. Same issue with the EFB version of Navigraph charts. Simlink works just fine since I can track my flight in a web browser as well as on my Android tablet. I tried to reinstall Navigraph completely from my PC, loaded everything from scratch with the Navigraph Hub once again - same issue. Removed all other add-ons - no effect. It used to work fine but today I got the issue.

Apparently, there was a similar problem back in Feb 2024 ( In game charts no loading ). That time there was an issue on the Navigraph’s side and a lot of people reported the issue. Does anybody else have the same problem?

Hello,

Please provide a screenshot of the console logs. To obtain the console log, please follow these instructions.

Thank you!

Hello Vishal,

here you go.

cheers,

Hi, I have the same problem.

@vishalahir would really appreciate help).

Hey, glad to hear I am not alone). Do you have any clue what might be the problem?

I got this problem after the update. Yesterday, I noticed a feature that when I turn off Kaspersky, everything started. But after I restarted the computer, turning off the antivirus stopped helping.

Hello,

It seems there are some network issues. Could you please try using a different network connection, such as a mobile hotspot?

Please let us know if you continue to experience the issue.

Thank you!

@vishalahir Hello Vishal!

I tried different network (mobile hotspot) and it did not work out.

I guess I know what might cause the problem. Navigraph software architecture requires login for each individual component. Flying in Cessan 172 G1000 we have four components:

  1. Avionics Plugin G1000 v2.0.4
  2. Navigraph Charts In-Game Panel v8.11
  3. Navigraph EFB Charts App v1.0.5
  4. SimBrief EFB App v1.3.0

I reinstalled all four with Navigraph Hub, and during my first flight only two of them required a fresh login - SimBrief and the Avionics Plugin G1000. And guess what? They both work! The other two (2 and 3 from the list) - In-game-panel and EFB charts they just keep loading neither asking to login nor showing anything. I added screenshots below for illustration.

This is also confirmed via Device list in my Navigraph account, I see that I logged in the Avionics plugin and SimBrief EFB App, but the other two are missing completely in the list.

So, how can we login in all four? Any way to do it manually?

Thanks in advance.

Roman.

@vishalahir Alternatively, could you please log me out manually from your side? This will allow me to login next time I start the flight. Thank you.

You can do this on www.navigraph.com

  • Click your user profile on the top right of the site
  • On the left panel, click devices
  • Sign out whatever you would like here.

That will force you to log in again.

@GordonNG Hello. Thanks for your swift reply!

already did that) - still not working… According to the Devices, I am not logged in, and yet the in game panel is not asking me to provide account credentials to log in, it is just permanently loading. So I kind of stuck - I am not logged in and I cant do it, because the add-on is not asking me to.

@GordonNG The question remains, why even after changing the account password, two of Navigraph add ons are still not asking for login information? What can potentially cause this problem? The malfunctioning add ons are:

  1. Navigraph Charts In-Game Panel v8.11
  2. Navigraph EFB Charts App v1.0.5

Finally it works! After I turned on my VPN, the in-game panel finally showed me the login button. I logged in and everything is back to normal.

Thanks everyone for patience. It really made me mad…

Great news, thank you very much for the update.

Oh, it’s so cool that everything worked for you! But when I connect a vpn and a mobile hotspot, it doesn’t help. panel loading is constantly hanging

Maybe you can tell me which ip addresses or ports to open and make available in my firewall so that everything works.

UPD:

Now I have the following scenario working again. I start the game by launching the navigraph panel. It freezes on loading. I’m logging out of Kaspersky, the panel is working. After that, I start Kaspersky again, and continue using the panel until I start flying again. Then you have to turn off Kaspersky again.

Have you tried to whitelist the Navigraph folders in your sim’s community folder?

I use the latest version of Kaspersky Plus. Can you tell me how to do this correctly so that I do everything right?

Kaspersky have an FAQ item about this

I would recommend you apply this to all Navigraph folders within the Community folder.
