Thanks for your report. This seems to actually be a SimBrief API error. We are looking into it.

An update on this, it was not a SimBrief API error - it’s actually a simulator bug. I tried recreating this flight plan manually (see video) and got the same behavior. Unfortunately the only way to resolve this is by importing via the in-game panel. Apologies for the hassle

Meaning by opening a flight plan file as we did before this add on? Pity, but please verify I am understanding you correctly.
No, sorry. I mean spawn in to your origin airport (by doing it manually), then once there use the toolbar to open the SimBrief panel, where you can import it properly there. The in-game map does not work for this flight plan as showed in the video above
Loading the flight plan while in the cockpit does correct the waypoints getting swapped BUT also results in an empty Navlog screen (panel, window…). If I load the flightplan from the menu, the waypoints get swapped BUT the route does appear on the Navlog screen. 
If you close and reopen the navlog panel does this issue resolve?
Would you mind creating a separate forum thread with this issue? It will help a bit with issue organization.
