LYBE now has two active runways. 12L/30R and, 12R/30L How do i find dead center of each runway in Latitude/Longitude positions.

you have start and end coordinates of the runways, so you can calculate the exact heading. Normally you know also the runway length - divide to 2 and calculate the place to bearing point from any side of the runway.

I do have that information for the new 12L/30R but the old runway 12/30 which is 12R/30L now according to Google maps is torn up , but it has been redone and reactivated. That is the one i am looking for.
