I’m using default scenery of MSFS, no custom airports at all.
I’ve tried to access all procedures with different devices. From GTN750 to G1000 and all other default units… but simply unable to load them at all.
Please check the runway idents … I can’t test it but my assumption is that the stock default scenery is outdated and the runway idents are wrong.
Here the real world:
So, check the runway idents in MSFS (12L/R and 30L/R), when the runway idents are not identically the MSFS disables all terminal procedures, even when they are included.
This is a “feature” from day one and we can’t/may not change the idents. What is also possible, is that a runway is missing because LYBE has a parallel runway in real.
So, please check the MSFS scenery (runways) with the real world. When it’s not equal, we can’t do anything sorry.
What you can also check is, if you find a 3rd party scenery, which includes the runways as in real, then you will see the terminal procedures immediately, because you still have all data on your system.
