This is not a navdata issue, that we can fix. Please report this to X-Plane via the Gateway. The navdata doesn´t contain any runway information, excluding in the terminal procedures - this is a part of the APT.DAT file and will be supported by X-Plane.
Only 06/24 are available - here directly from the APT.DAT file:
