Little Navmap error with airrac 2103

Hi I downloaded the airac 2103 with the Navigraph FMS Data Manager into Little Navmap and when I open little Navmap I am getting following error:

Error downloading winddata . For me detail see video link below:

I already loaded a few airacs with the Manager and had no issues…
Thanks for checking if this is due to your latest airac…

Sorry, that has nothing todo with the AIRAC updates. Please contact the LNM developer for this …
