I have passed the climbs and descents with a 93%. But it does not give me the passed check mark for some reason. What can I do to get the check mark? Thank you in advance.

Hi Danny! Is your lesson marked as “In Progress” in the lesson list? If so, this is a bug we are currently working on. If not, then check that you performed all required manouvres. Let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

Mine is marked as “in progress”. Are you any closer to getting this bug fixed?

Hi! We’ve found the issue and expect to have a fix out soon. In the meantime, send me a DM and we can have your flight manually removed if needed.

I passed the practice flight but the lesson still shows to be in progress rather than passed. Tried logging out and back in again as well as refreshing the page. Nothing seems to work to get it to show passed. So far every lesson has worked flawlessly except for this one and lesson 6 which seems to result in a CTD every time I load the practice flight. I’m on 2020.

This is a known issue at the moment, our developers are working on a fix.

In the meantime, can you post a link to the flight’s debriefing page, please. That will help out greatly.

Hello. I did the flight and passed but for some reason the course is still listed as “in progress”. Is that a bug or something?

Thank you for reporting this. It is a known bug at the moment and is being looked into by our developers.

We hope to resolve this asap.

Have now passed solo cross country navigation and having the same problem again where I do not get the check mark.

Hello all. We are still working on a permanent solution, but currently we have unstuck all flights who were stuck as in progress globally. We have also implemented a solution that allows stuck flights to be reflown if they have not been moved out of “In Progress” for 12 hours or more. We’ll report back when we have a permanent solution in place.

Thanks to your solution, I was able to move on and finish the courses and exams. I passed, I am happy to say I am now a VPPL holder. Thank you for making the Navigraph Academy, it was great fun and I feel like I am a better virtual pilot because of it! I will recommend Navigraph Academy to my friends.

I face the same issue (lesson 7b landings, flight 14
Navigraph Academy ).
Not sure if it helps for debugging purpose but here it is:
when I click on the flight, I get the following message: “old format maneuvers”.
