Here you can discuss about Lesson 11: Local Navigation

Briefing notes state that we are to start this flight from Bravo , go to point Alpha, then take off from 28 after doing runup. How does one get from Alpha to 28 without reversing the entire taxi route? If takeoff is on runway 28, why is the designated route through holding point Alpha? I plan to s…

GordonNG, I have made it to part2 of Navigraph Academy and on Lesson11 Local Navigation. Where do I get/see the chart for this lesson? I do not see it on the resource tab for download. Does this require a Navigraph Subscription to continue with the Academy? I have learned alot thus far so pleas…

academy.navigraph.com → My Flights → Click the lesson you would like to review. Academy is free, you do not need a subscription in order to join/fly the lessons. Thanks!

GordonNG, Thanks for the quick reply. That was not my question since I am already through most of the lessons which are very informative. My question was regarding the Navigraph charts. The alternative would be to turn right out of apron b, do the runup at…

Perfect. Thank you. I will likely be giving this a go after work later today  :: EDIT :: 100% again. I did use a combination of looking outside, using the map on the mfd and glancing at the charts. I think it also need to focus on maintaining correct pitch attitude during turns aga…
