Lessons Disappeared from Activities

After completing three lessons, I decided to subscribe to the Unlimited Navigraph services. Once I subscribed, Academy lessons are no longer listed in my custom Activities.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Hub, ensured the Hub shows the lessons are downloaded, and cleared all cached filesfrom my PC.

I’m on a PC, MSFS 2024 via Steam.

Hello,

Quite strange. Please sign out of the account and sign back in again. If you are still unable to see these flights, it may be something browser related. Try checking your account on another browser/clearing the cache.

No luck.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled The Hub.

I have all products downloaded in the hub, but the lessons still don’t show up in Custom Activities.

Also, there is no Navigraph option in the in-game toolbar.

I’m guessing MSFS is not connected to my Navigraph account.

Have you had any progress with this?

Lessons are still not showing in the content menu.

The selections seem to have disappeared when I subscribed to the full Navigraph features. I do have two MSFS sign-in accounts, one via Microsoft and one via Steam. I use the Steam account to log into the game. It wouldn’t surprise me if I also had two navigraph accounts.

I’m fine with my Navigraph account(s) being completely deleted and starting over if you think that will resolve the issue.

Make sure you have your accounts aligned and make sure you are logging into the correct account with Navigraph Hub and installing Academy to the correct installation.

Regarding Navigraph accounts, you only have one so the issue must be a conflict on your MSFS installation with Navigraph Hub.

Can you provide directions on doing a clean uninstall and installation instructions to ensure my Navigraph account is aligned with my Steam installation of MSFS?

You can uninstall and reinstall Academy through Navigraph Hub.

Make sure you are signed into Hub (right click the taskbar icon, you will see an option to sign out)

With that said, I can see you signed into this account with Academy, though.

Still no luck seeing my lessons.

I have uninstalled MSFS and all Navigraph apps, then reinstalled.

Make sure that the Academy files are present in your MSFS2024 community folder

C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community

If they are not there, try uninstalling Hub, reinstalling again and install the Academy files. Check whether they are downloading to the navigraph-academy-2024 folder within.

The Academy folder with the lessons is located here:

C:\Users\bruce\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community\navigraph-academy-2024\Missions\Navigraph\Academy

What do you see when you check the various lesson folders? is there any content in there?

Uninstall Academy using Navigraph Hub then go to the MSFS Community folder and confirm that these Academy files are no longer there.

Then, everything in reverse, install Academy through Navigraph Hub and double check to confirm the Academy files are present.

Start MSFS2024 > Activities > Custom content. Academy will be listed here.

Removed and reinstalled Acadeny through Navigraph Hub and checked that the Academy files are present.

The only option within MSFS > Activities > Custom Content is Rescue Challenge-Neuschwanstein Castle.

I had been able to see and use the Academy lessons until I upgraded to Navigraph Unlimited. What is the best way to test if the other Navigraph products are functioning properly?

Are you using anti-virus software?

We discussed internally earlier today, there is a very very slight chance that an aggressive anti-virus detection could quarantine/remove a critical file as it is being decompressed via Hub.

In the same method as before, remove Academy via Hub and verify that the files are indeed removed from the MSFS2024 community folder.

Disable anti-virus

Then install Academy again.

Done. No success,

How can I check if any other Navigraph service is working within MSFS?

Make sure Simlink is running while you are using MSFS2024, check and make sure that you can see your aircrafts position on the map. If you are either not signed in, or signed into the incorrect account, you will not see the position on the map.

Charts are working okay.

I was prompted to allow charts to log in to my Navigraph account when I first launched charts.

Ok, lets check the Navigraph Hub logs.

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type %appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs and press enter
  3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
  4. Upload this file to your next post
