Also, you mentioned before about having both the Steam version of MSFS2024 and the MS Store version. Firstly, make sure that you are using only one version of the sim. It can become very difficult as folder locations are different between versions.
Next, confirm the community folder path. You can do this by going to the Marketplace, in sim.
Marketplace → My Library → click the little cogwheel on the upper right of this screen.
That will show you the folder location
InstalledPackagesPath “C:\Users\bruce\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages”
C:\Users\bruce\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages
Please
Use Hub to remove MSFS 2024 Navigraph Academy Lessons v 1.0.1
Move all in C:\Users\bruce\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Packages\Community to a temporary folder.
Use Hub to reinstall MSFS 2024 Navigraph Academy Lessons v 1.0.1
Confirm that Academy addon is listed in the content manager inside MSFS (as per Lessons Disappeared from Activities - #23 by gordonoc).
Cheers

Got it!
The Lessons content was in my Marketplace Library, but it was disabled.
I enabled it, and it now appears in the game.
Yes, that would do it.
Glad it is resolved.
Happy flying.
