Tried several times, but never connects to P3Dv4.5 nor LittleNavMap. “No simulators detected” error message on Nav Center home screen. Windows 11.

Welcome.
You have posted in Simlink/Moving Map subcategory but are referring to Navigraph Navdata Center. Are you trying to get Moving Map or FMS Data update?
For Moving Map,
You need to download and install Simlink.
For FMS Data,
The Navigraph Navdata Center is for MSFS and MSFS addons only.
Please use FMS Data Manager for FMS Data update to P3D addons and Little NavMap.
