Inibuilds A350 can't connect to navigraph's account?

Why can’t I connect to navigraph’s account on the EFB of inibuilds A350 after scanning the QR code of navigraph or inputting the verification code of navigraph and open in browser on the webpage? There is no response on the EFB of inibuilds A350.And I tried to change a better net before, but it still didn’t work.Is there any better way?

Hello! Welcome to our forum!

I have tried reproducing this issue, but I am not able to. What simulator are you using?
I tried the -1000 variant in MSFS2024, and everything worked as expected.

Please note that Navigraph did not make this OIS system. We purely provide the servers that back their integration, and thus cannot apply any fixes to this system. If we are able to reproduce the issue, we can send the feedback directly to iniBuilds, but ultimately the fix is going to have to take place on their side.

Kind Regards,
Malte

Hello

Thank you for your reply. I used MSFS2020, -900 and -1000. I tried them before, but none of them worked. So I don’t know whether it’s the network or the computer.
At the same time, I hope that the navigation data of inibuilds A350 can be updated by NAVIGRAPH HUB software. Although navigraph’s account can’t be posted on the EFB of inibuilds A350, and other functions don’t need experience in flight, the impact is not great, but it can’t fly without navigation data. Although there is the option of default navigation data, it can fly alive, but it is still not as good as the latest full navigation data experience. I hope you can support my suggestion. thank you!

It also may be a firewall issue-worth checking out.

Can you tell me exactly how to operate it?

Hello, The firewall settings is on your windows side-you may need to goggle it to see how to check the permissions.

I tried to turn off the firewall, but it still didn’t work.

If you install our latest AIRAC through the Navigraph Hub and then switch to “default navdata”, you will get a similar result to what you’d get when updating the data through the EFB. Sure, there are a couple of features that would not be available with this approach (as noted by iniBuilds themselves), but it works in the meantime!

As for why the sign-in does not work - you should probably reach out to iniBuilds about this to get a good answer. Until then, you can do the following to start the investigation yourself:

  1. Load the A350 and open the “Options” page in the OIS
  2. Open http://localhost:19999 in a browser while the simulator is up and running
  3. Look through the list and find the link that begins with VCockpit08 - iniEfbA350
  4. In the interface that appears, select the “Console” tab located along the top of the screen
  5. Switch to the “3rd party” page and perform the sign-in flow.
  6. Check the console output - take a screenshot if possible and share it here!

This is what the output should look like:

I opened this webpage according to your prompt, but after performing the above steps 0 to 3, the program of MSFS2020 automatically flashed back and closed.

Hello again!

These logs indicate that you may have ended up in a corrupt state. Please

  1. Update the aircraft
  2. Delete the work folder for the aircraft. You can find it at this path if you are using the MS Store edition of the simulator:
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2024\inibuilds-aircraft-a350
  1. Start the simulator and try again

Hello:

I have deleted the file and downloaded it again, but I still can’t upload it as before. The following picture shows the error after uploading this time.

The first picture is a little burnt, resend it.

Hmm, this suggests a misunderstanding. You do not download this file again - it is a byproduct that is created while the panel is running.

Please note the full path - this is not your community folder.

Actually, there has been a misunderstanding even earlier than that: You are using MSFS 2020 - as you also told me.

That means that you need to look at this path instead:

%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a350\work

You can do this by pressin Win + R, then pasting the above and pressing enter. This should show you this folder:

Remove datastore.dat - this should be all you need to do!

Sorry,There is no such datastore.dat file after opening the folder.

I see. Can you also check this path in your community folder?

inibuilds-aircraft-a350\SimObjects\Airplanes\inibuilds-aircraft-a350-900\panel

What files are there in this folder?

As shown in the picture, it should be this.

Alright. That is very peculiar. In order to dive deeper, please:

  1. Provide the full path to the work folder on your computer (the one in this screenshot)

  2. Provide the logs from the simulator console

To perform #2, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Enable dev mode (Options > General > Developers
  2. Load into the aircraft, and try to sign in
  3. In the bar along the top, press “Debug”
  4. Select “Console”
  5. In the window that opens, press the “Copy all” button:

  1. Open notepad, or any other text editing tool, and paste the contents.
  2. Upload the file to your next post

The path:C:\Users\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a350\work(This path is opened with win+R.)

Which file is the log of the simulator console? Where is it?

Is it the developer mode to start MSFS2020? How to start it? I don’t quite understand, please advise me.

I understood your developer option and finished it.
