Inibuilds A350 can't connect to navigraph's account?

Those logs indicate that, for some reason, the relevant file fails to load:

WASM: Module path is D:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-1109718618-3332558475-4158177205-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community\inibuilds-aircraft-a350\SimObjects\Airplanes\inibuilds-aircraft-a350-900\panel\inibuilds_a350_datastore.wasm
WASM: ERR_FATAL_FILE_ERROR (-239 / ffffff11)

Also, that log indicates that you have moved your AppData directory, which is.. a bit unusual and known to cause headaches  Also, is it possible that your Windows username contains special characters?

Here is a relevant support topic on the MSFS forums:

So this seems to be out of our control, unfortunately. It is supposedly fixed in WU5?

In addition to the above, we can also tell from the logs that you have the Charts and SimBrief panels installed. These ship with the same file, and they are being loaded correctly. Only the A350 version fails for some reason.

Could you try replacing the file mentioned in the logs? It should be located at:

Community\inibuilds-aircraft-a350\SimObjects\Airplanes\inibuilds-aircraft-a350-900\panel\inibuilds_a350_datastore.wasm

Please replace it with this version:

inibuilds_a350_datastore.wasm (183.2 KB)

For reference, here is what these module paths look on my system:

WASM: Module path is F:\Packages\Community\inibuilds-aircraft-a350\SimObjects\Airplanes\inibuilds-aircraft-a350-1000\panel\inibuilds-A350.wasm

Note the quite drastic difference at the beginning of the path. I am not sure what is causing your paths to look that way, but the linked topic suggests that it has to do with your username and/or the language compatibility with which your system is configured.

i have the same issue too, i have tried it in msfs 2024 with the -900 and -1000 variants

Did you try the above instructions?

Do you have special characters in your username? As reported earlier, assuming you actually do have the same issue (pending the above steps to know for sure), this is a simulator issue.

Kind Regards,
Malte

Sorry, I went out for something yesterday, but I just saw it today.

My user name has no special symbols.

The file INIBuildings _ A350 _ datastore.wasm has been changed, but the account still cannot be uploaded as before.

Also, there is no F disk in my computer, so that F disk path does not exist.

That’s too bad! I don’t think I can help you much further, this seems to be a documented issue in the simulator. We can tell that the same module is loading fine in the context of our own addons (SimBrief and Charts panels), and it is not clear what is causing the A350 alone to fail.

That path is what it looks like on my computer. This is the path in your logs:

Notice the D:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-1109718618-3332558475-4158177205-1001\AppData :eyes:

Have you intentionally moved your AppData directory? Have you moved your community folder?

That didn’t move on purpose.

The previous F disk was my original mechanical hard disk, on which MSFS20 was installed once, and then it was uninstalled, and it was not installed until a new solid-state hard disk was replaced.

I see! Unfortunately, I can’t help you further in this matter. I can only refer to the previously mentioned topic in the MSFS forums with other users having the same issue - there seemed to be a few different solutions!

Reddit mentions this “WpSystem” folder as something that shall not be deleted as well:

I assume you have not done this, so I am still at a loss..

I hope you figure this out. Based on those paths, reinstalling the whole OS and simulator might be the simplest solution, but I would not want to bother with that myself, so I fully understand if you want to avoid that!
