My navigraph account has a username /alias and in simbrief account settings my username is N/A. should they not be the same and therefore I am having issues exporting my simbrief flight plan into the aircraft EFB and also receiving the chart information in the SP50 Vision Jet? How do I go about resolving this issue
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Regards Karl[date=2025-05-11 timezone=“Africa/Johannesburg”]

Hi Karl,

Following from your posts in the account section, it seems you wish to import a SimBrief Flight plan into the Vision Jet MFD

Let’s do things one step at a time.

  1. In Navigraph Hub, ensure you have installed:
    Avionics Plugin G3000/5000 v 2.04 and
Navigraph EFB Charts App v 1.0.3

  2. Confirm you intend running MSFS 2024. Start MSFS 2024

  3. Confirm you are using and select the MS/ASOBO Cirrus Vision Jet G2:

  4. Press Tab to bring up the EFB, In More Apps (9dots)

  5. You should be able to select SimBrief Dispatch:

  6. Selecting this you get:

  7. Ensure you are logged into your Navigraph subscribed account.

  8. Now create or edit a flight plan with the correct aircraft.

  9. Make sure you Generate plan

  10. Then Import route:

  11. World Map should show Departure/Origin airports.

  12. In the G3000, select MFD on center display, and SimBrief

  13. From Flight Plan list select required flight plan,

  14. and import

  15. You should have your flight plan imported:

If any of this doesn’t work, please refer to the step number(s).

Hi Ian,
Thanks for the very detailed outline I’m good to go and very thankful that I get all the way to and including Step 13. From step 14 I do not get the simbrief icon on the MFD in the G3000.
Regards
Karl

Hi Karl,

Please advise:

Are you are using the MS/ASOBO Cirrus Vision Jet G2:

Besides the fact that your AIRAC is out of date, that looks correct.

Would you be open to me connecting to your computer directly to take a look?

Sure no problem!

After a remote session, we concluded that the packages in question had been disabled from the library section in the MSFS marketplace. This meant that neither the navigation data nor the plugins were loading, resulting in the situation in the screenshots!

Please let us know if you have any further issues. For now, this topic is considered solved!

Kind Regards,
Malte
