There is no such thing. Could you try the steps provided by my colleague in the post before yours? It could potentially help us track the issue down!

I have the same problem with version 1.2.5 dispatch for msfs 2020

Please follow these steps:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type the following:
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\navigraph-ingamepanels-simbrief-dispatch-2020\work
  1. Press enter. A Windows Explorer window should open. You should see one file - datastore.dat.
  2. Send this file to @JackLavigne in a private message. You can do so by clicking his profile picture and then the “Message” button.

Many thanks for the e-mail. The problem seems to have „disappeared“. So I will better not change anything. To be honest I already forgot that it was happening. :blush:

Cool! Today I forgot to file my flight at VATSIM. As a result of this the old flight was imported in MSFS window. So far my mistake, no doubt. But there was no way to reset the SimBrief window in MSFS. I signed out, now I cannot sign in. While I was restarting Simulator completely it crashed (probably not your problem), I am trying again, which will take several long minutes, praying to be able to sign in SimBrief again. It´s starting to look that
for a small mistake of mine I will not be able to fly today at all.

Good Afternoon,

I followed this thread of the past weeks to hopefully resolve the issue for me too. Unfortunately that’s still not the case even with the “custom” version in the chat here.

With MSFS (and this is allegedly due to my Windows Username having and “ö” maybe similar to “Jürgen” with the ü) i already have the issue of having to delete the missions out of the CustomFlights forum in order to start a custom flight that different from the one before.

Now that there is another issue with the Simbrief dispatch, I though this might be related?!

Any idea how to fix this for me and others?

Also typing “%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\navigraph-ingamepanels-simbrief-dispatch-2020\work” into the command line returns an error that the folder with the Name “c:/users/björn” cannot be found
