Interesting. I am not able to reproduce. You are using the latest version (v1.2.7) right?

You could try these steps:

  1. Quit the simulator
  2. Press Win + R
  3. Type the following and press enter:
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\navigraph-simbrief-dispatch-2020\work
  1. A folder should open, containing a datastore.dat file. Delete it.
  2. Start the simulator
