I can’t find LNM in the HUB, so a manual update is required each time. Is this my problem of installation, or the HUB just do not search for little nav map ?

Welcome.
At this time, Little Navmap Navigational Data is updated using FMS Data Manager.
Eventually it will be updated in the Hub.
