Install Navigraph updates on Little Navmap without FMS Data Manager (Linux OS)

Hello,
My OS is Linux Kubuntu 20.04. Little Navmap installation guide says to use FMS Data manager to map Navigraph updates to the right path:

But FMS Data manager is not available on Linux. Can i do it manually ?
