I like that I can quickly click the circular “i” (information) button on any of the three airports in my flight plan to find the ATC frequency, but this doesn’t help with finding CTR (center) frequencies that don’t cover those airports. To get those, I have to zoom out—which is incredibly laggy and sluggish when using online networks on my 9700K—then manually scan for the “HOU” (Houston) sector to bring up the CTR frequency. I guess this ties back to my idea for an “upcoming frequencies” overlay that I suggested a few months ago, but even if that’s not in the works, I wanted to bring this up regardless.
Edit: Also, when an airport is inside CTR airspace, I wish the airspace name was visible in the ATC tab because I tend to forget it. For example, if I select HOU, “Houston Center” appears as a heading, but in the airport’s ATC tab, only CTR, TWR, etc., are listed without the full name. Hope that makes sense—thanks for reading!
Love the app and I know you’re doing everything to make this system the best that it can be, we appreciate you <3
