Fuel calculation on SID with long low altitude contraints (e.g. London)

Hi,
i dont find a releated topic…
Has it been discussed to take the altitude constraints on a SID into consideration when calculating fuel ?

Each time i fly out of London (does not matter if EGKK, EGLL) i arrive at much lower fuel as it has been calculated… if you strict follow the London SID you are flying around 50nm at 5000 or 6000 ft… so i loose around 600-800kg trip fuel…

In the meantime, a workaround would be to plan your flight at 5000 or 6000 feet and manually insert a step climb after the SID.

MIMF1M MIMFO/F300 in the route box for example.
