I can’t update Airac 2211 for my FSX simulator, using navigraph data manager. I use two simulators, Xplane 11 and FSX steam. Navigraf FMS data manager, does not find FSX steam. I’ve tried every possible path,unsuccessfully.

Welcome.
FSX itself isn’t updated, but its supported addons are. So you wont see an X-Plane like entry for FSX in Addon List or Addon Mappings, but you should see FSX supported addons if the FSX Steam path is correct in Settings.
